He serves as a thought partner for owners, executives, and managers; specifically in the areas of human performance and people strategy. He helps professionals become more effective in interviews, presentations, and meetings of all types. Tom is expert at clarifying purpose, message, and implementing systems that help teams work more congruently and effectively. He has been a full-time interpersonal communication and executive coach since 2004.
Part of his approach is to help turn subjective opinion into objective fact. He often employs powerful psychometric tools to help clients see blind spots and leverage their natural strengths. They can then make incremental, sustainable adjustments that help them better connect with others. They thereby build more trust and good will in their professional and personal relationships.
Tom has developed unique tools and approaches of his own that have paid tangible benefits for numerous clients in a variety of industries, including financial, insurance, fleet, distribution, automotive, retail, medical, engineering, education, public services, and not-for-profit organizations. As the former co-owner and Vice President of Operations of a multi-million-dollar manufacturing company and as a current partner and President of a fledgling R & D firm, Tom confronts the same struggles and hard decisions as do his clients with high degrees of responsibility. More importantly, he also discovers and shares solutions for their people problems.

Tom Dardick is an experienced public speaker, facilitator, executive and inter-personal communication coach, and people strategy consultant. He has extensive experience in finance, sales, marketing, management, teaching, self-development, and entrepreneurship. He is a lifelong student of the human condition. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Tufts University.
