A student of the human condition
What is the human condition? A big part is this: we are creatures in search of meaning. As our physical and social needs are met, another emerges. We want to feel like we matter. The question we all face is: How do I accomplish that?
I’ve been exploring this question my entire life. It’s why I do what I do, study what I study, and write what I write. It’s why I’m passionate about helping others answer the question for themselves. It’s also why it’s incumbent upon leaders to clarify purpose in their organization and help the people who make it valuable do the same. Helping them with this most basic and valuable pursuit is the purpose of Dardick Inter-personal Communications, LLC.
